Join us this Saturday, October 9th, for a walk on the Millstone Trails in Websterville. We will meet in the church parking lot at 1:30pm and caravan to the trailhead. (Those living closer to Websterville can meet us at the Barre Town Forest parking lot, 44 Brook St, at 2:00.) This will be an out and back adventure, under a mile each way, with foliage views and interesting granite features. There are plenty of additional trails for those who want to explore further. Please reply to chryscrane@comcast.net if you are interested in joining us so we know in which parking lot to look for you!

This survey was created on May 13, 2020 to study people's experience with the online worship and the comfort level in re-opening in-person services. A total of 37 participated in the survey, and the results are made available for you in the above slides. Also, Pastor Yunki incorporated these results in his sermon preached on May 24, 2020 to invite us to ask ourselves three important questions as the Body of Christ when we consider re-opening the sanctuary. You can watch the sermon below. Sunday Night AlAnon meeting is being held online.

As this is an evolving situation, I will stay in touch with our leadership and continue to provide updates to you all. Let us be in prayer for each other- especially for those who are ill and their families, those who are in the medical fields and caregivers, those who will experience isolation and miss the sense of community and belonging, those small local businesses, restaurants, artists, and speakers who will be financially affected the most, those who will experience racial discrimination, and those who won’t be able to afford to work from home. Let us pray for peace in our hearts, and more love to one another in this anxious time. In Christ’s love, Yunki p.s. When you are done reading this, how about washing your hands (while praying the Lord’s Prayer)? :) |
